This Freelancer is appropriate for End Customers. I am a Webdesigner myself and had assumed that the website would be handcoded which was not the case. The trend these days is to use Frameworks and for smaller websites thats an overkill. They responded well to any change requests or bugs. I am satisfied and can recommend this Freelancer without any reservations.
